Experience the many benefits of chair yoga in stabilizing and mobilizing the body, fortifying the respiratory system, and developing a calmer, clearer, more meditative and focused mind. All you need is a chair without arms (which may get in the way). A strap, belt, or tie will come in handy (but is not necessary).
