Dance Therapeutics uses simple choreography to help improve stamina, balance, flexibility, and strength. Weights are optional but use no more than 1-2 lbs. Please wear good supportive shoes, dress in layers, bring a water bottle and get ready to have some fun! Taught by Barbara Schwenker.
