Strength training can improve your quality of life at any age! Join us for this fitness class where
we will focus on increasing muscle strength, improving range of motion of joints, and light
stretching. This can all be done while standing or sitting. Please bring light (2-5lb) weights to
each class. Please wear good supportive shoes, dress in layers, and bring a water bottle.
Taught by Joyce McCormack. This program will be offered simultaneously in person and
virtually via Zoom - your choice! Registration begins Mon., Aug. 21, at 9:30 a.m. for the in-
person class. Registration for the Zoom class is ongoing.
